No carb bread
I wouldn’t touch anything with soy in it… ever.
Plus I find bread type food triggers all my old addiction problems (no off switch for bread).
Although this may fit in your macros these gluten based fake breads are full of things almost everyone doing KETO makes an effort to eliminate. They may be low carb but are inflammatory in nature. I won’t eat flax or soy (phytoestrogen), gluten or bran (digestive and gut health).
I guess it depends on your goals with KETO. My goal is the best health I can muster, others who are only concerned with weight loss may still lose weight, or maybe not!
Short answer: no.
Long answer: no.
This has a lot of soy ingredients…The nutritional Facts don’t make sense either. I would not chose to eat it.
For me bread is a slippery slope. I’d just prefer to stay away from it. If you’re dirty keto, it would work. Just depends on what limits you’re setting for yourself.
