NIH's All Of Us project

This looks like an ambitious project to create an extensive database of health and lifestyle info on 1,000,000+ subjects.

I expect it could be used to help researchers answer pressing complex questions like:

What advice is most effective to counter obesity, diabetes and heart disease?
A. restrict saturated fat
B. restrict red meat
C. eat vegan

And with good representation from our community they might discover the answer is
D. none of the above

The sign up process is a little tedious but hopefully enough keto’ers can spare the time to create a signal able to be seen by the most myopic of researchers.

I’m all signed up.
It was actually very easy.
Thanks for the link :slightly_smiling_face:

I signed up, too. It will be interesting to see how things work out. As Leslie posted, it was an easy process, though I found it a bit long-winded.

I’m not looking forward to the trip to New York City, however. But Boston would have been even harder to get to. I’m surprised they haven’t made any kind of relationship with Yale-New Haven Hospital, which would have been perfect for me.

Yes the process is easy, I said tedious because I thought they are trying just a little too much to make it easy and at the same time making it super clear what one is agreeing to do. I would have preferred a single page of text to read instead of watching several slow paced videos.
