I’ve been eating Keto for abou four months now, and sometimes I am feeling super nauseous at night, so much so that I sleep with the garbage can next to me and sometimes need to use it. It seems to happen on nights that I’ve eaten a lot of fat, but not necessarily.
Has anyone else had this problem? When I do a google search it’s all about the keto flu, but after all this time, could it be that? I am very low carb…
I’m wondering if it’s too much fat for my liver…or maybe not enough electrolytes and water?
