Night shift and flip flopping

Hey, I have been doing keto for about 5 weeks and I have lost 27 pounds so far. I started on a 30 day plan, but by week 4 I was just eating once a day. I work night shift and it seems I lose weight better when I an working opposed to when I am at home. I usually eat between 10pm and 12am. It seems on my days off that my weight stays the same or I will gain a pound back, so is the case today. On my days off I was drinking the bulletproof coffee in the am and then eating at night, but it also seems that many times I cannot hit my macros during work or at home, so if I drink the coffee I get much closer to my macros. Basically, when I’m closer to my macros, my weight basically stays the same, but when I am below them all I tend to lose much better. Any suggestions from anyone? I feel fine not eating the macros, but I am afraid that not getting enough will not be healthy for me. Words of advice?

yeah, don’t weigh yourself every day. it is natural/normal for weight to fluctuate and micro managing it daily just leads to confusion and anxiety.

in fact, never weigh yourself. use a tape measure to measure your waist circumference (and whatever else you want) and/or progress photos
