Ok, so didnt do real good but could be worse…

Took my wife to Outback Steakhouse for Valentine’s Day. I got NY strip steak, asparagus, sweet potato with honey butter no brown sugar. A tall Fosters beer and new york carmel salted cheese cake. My stomach is like WTF? It was only meal I ate today though doing OMAD fast.

You should have just stuck to the steak and asparagus & you would have been fine. But don’t worry, you’ll do better next time. :stuck_out_tongue:

You could probably make a salted caramel topping with swerve too. I’ll bet that would be good.

We also went to Outback Tuesday, early Valentine. I got the prime rib (large portion) with a shit-ton of horseradish, asparagus, & broccoli cheese. Unsweet tea. No bread, thanks.

It’s always interesting negotiating what’s on the menu when you eat out.

When all else fails I usually end up with a Rib Eye Steak and asking the staff to swap my fries for a house salad or extra mushrooms.
