I just started…on Day 3…I’m using the yourketo.diet “diet”. Have any of you seen it? Is it okay? I now see there is lots out there that is not good. Hopefully it’s okay to ask this question on here.
Good news is it is working for me…for weight loss…have lost 3 lbs in the 2 days. But just making sure it’s a healthy keto diet.
