! I have been doing Keto for 4 weeks (silly me thought it was 5 weeks last week. Hehe! I wish!)
Anyway I made the homemade Ghee and when it is room temperature it is gritty 
Any suggestions?

I also make my own Ghee, and I bought a “nut milk bag” from Amazon for straining it. No issues.
Pretty sure that’s the one I got, yeah. It seems finer than the cheesecloth I used initially, and it’s washable and reusable (I tried that with my cheesecloth with less-than-stellar results
but cheesecloth is really variable.
Also, Ghee is AWESOME. We use heaps of the stuff, thus the reason for making my own 
It does help that even our cheap supermarket-brand butter down here is good quality.
We went “Down Under” on our honeymoon! We could have stayed! Love the country!
