Well I have been on since Jan 2 2018,and all I have done is gained I’m using the sensa app,which says eat no more then 1890 calories 25 carbs, ,85 protien,161 fats well that my friend is hard I eat between 1400 to 1650 I stay below the carbs,protein I say the high 60s and fats haha I haven’t broken a 100 yet, here is a break down of what I eat
Up at 545 I have 2 to 3 cups of coffee with 1 tsp of xlya and heavy cream in each cup,a cuz stick or 2 strawberry at 10,lunch is between 1 or 2 I have either a burger pattie with cheddar chz, lettuce leaf,4 pickle slices,mayo or mustard or half chef salad,or 7 strips of bacon with cheddar cuz melted on top a lettuce leaf,mayo dinner as between 6 and 7 I have done the keto salmon patties,or the easy keto tuna salad,or almond milk and frozen blackberry an some heavy cream grred together for a shake,or I have nothing and all I have done is gained so what am I doing wrong,I have the strips,an yes I’m in ketosis, my job is an active one always on my feet up down walking lifting hauling etc,I’m 49 weigh 225 and I’m 5 9

I’m sure others with a LOT more experience and knowledge will chime in soon but my first observation is it seems you are eating small amounts several times a day. Maybe try eating 2 or 3 BIG fat-filled meals instead. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, and big lunch, and a big dinner. At this early stage of the game, don’t count calories, just eat (fat) until you’re full and then don’t snack - just wait until you’re hungry, which should probably be about 4-6 hours later.

Also, you’re pretty early in the process… I didn’t see much weight loss until about the 3-week mark.

Stay with it, check your macros and food log… doesn’t look like enough fat to me.

Am I’m never hungry I could go all day with out eating or drinking,1 meal a day has always been good for me,and I can go all day with out nothing to drink but my coffee in tha morning,I have to make myself get a glass of water like I’ll stop an go when’s the last time I drank anything oh crud only the coffee an then go get a glass of water which is like 3 in the after moon most timea

When you’re not hungry, don’t eat.

Possible option

If you are not hungry in the morning. Skip the cream w ur coffee?
You will still be in a IF😄
Then eat your 1st meal a time 10am or later if possible, add more fats?
Over time if you’ve choose, you can gradually get 2 meals a day
