Please I need education and lots of advice.
Two weeks now I’ve eliminated carbs.
Fasting 16hrs with only water n coffee/no sugar to sustain me.
Two big meals after 12:30pm & 7:30pm
Containing high calories in fish, meat, chicken. with all healthy options.
I give myself 3hrs to digest Before sleep.
I need to know all the keto tricks to kill all stored fat and get that insulin going lol thanks

Following. My husband is also a newbie and lost 9 lbs the first week. It’s very encouraging. Curious, are you doing this for weight loss? If so, have you lost weight?

Hello! Thanks for the reply
I’ve always been into being fit I’ve done it other ways with countless hrs at the gym and lots of cardio and watching my carb intake only. But as I got older and stopped the gym I let myself go and let just say I lost my physique and gained over 60 pounds.
This year I told myself I’m back at it but with a more educated diet and less gym to begin. So far in two weeks approx guess, I’ve lost around 10 pounds because I’m still eating alot in those few meals. My main goal is to lose Weight but at the same time look lean and get back that physique I once had but better- I’m aiming at abs! Lol

Just be aware those 9 lbs are likely all water weight! Still an awesome feeling, I just would hate to see him discouraged once it slows a bit for fat lass!

I deleted my post because I think I did it wrong. New to the forum world.
Anyway, I was saying that we are aware that it’s most likely water weight, but we are still so encouraged because it is a step in the right direction! My husband has been morbidly obese for many years now. We are excited, after much research, about finding something that is so doable for our family. We practically already ate most of the Keto friendly foods, except we included carbs. That’s where we failed. Thank you for replying!
