I’ve been spoiled completely rotten. This week I was gifted a FitBit, a GoPro, and an AliveCor to track my heart. I’ve made the most wonderful friends on the 2KetoDudes crew.

Well that girl I had just seen a picture of is not 53! Typo, maybe, 35 maybe? I actually flipped back and forth probably 4 times at least. Made my head tilt like one of those cute dog pictures on the internet. Anyway, Congratulations, really great work on finding and becoming your best health!

Thank you. I’ll be 54 in 2 weeks. Lol. The hat hid my grey. But I am ecstatic how keto aged me backwards. Ecstatic.
