New to keto how much is too much or too little?

Hi there, I am fairly new to keto although be trying some recipes here and there. I fell off the wagon cause of Halloween. I been in a sugar candy binge for a week. Ready to detox from the sugar and try and commit to keto. I have no problem fasting have been for years. I am that 1 meal a day type person. But I would like to eat keto the keto way rather then the carb way. I don’t know if too little food is an issue as well with keto? For example how much protein in one day should I be eating ? I can’t seem to figure out a good formula for weight loss. My metabolism is shot I believe from years of only eating once a day. Any advice on how many meals or how much food in a day is too much Or too little? Thanks :blush:
