@CandyLindTX, thanks, I read the article and calculated that I need 115g of supplemental fat, isn’t that a lot? I could get half from butter than all of it from coconut oil, that would make me sick

when I BMR boost I go from 130-160 a day to just shy of 250g, that said I am fat adapted. Getting it in is not that hard, you cannot take in everything in one type particularity MCT oil. You have to be more strategic and add it to things, like mayo added to the brussel sprouts roasted with EVO, butter added, and some parm at the last couple minutes, that is in my case a little under 50g right there.
