I could not read the study, but I could see the little graphical representation. It seems that they claim that diets of 30% protein and or 30% carbohydrates had no affect on weight gain, but any diet with up to 80% fat makes you fat. Uh…No, my eating 70% fat does not switch on my hypothalamlic reward gene. I have lost 80+ pounds eating 70% fat and only 5% carbs, just like many of you here.

Not sure who sponsored this study, but I think someone god paid. :smile:

Just watched an interview Mike Mutzel did with Dr. Bikman, who says rats get into ketosis only when carbs are 1% or less.
