Is sunflower butter good and canned pumpkin pie filling wht r your thoughts about these items

Sunflower butter is basically margarine so no, definitely not a good idea. We don’t get canned pumpkin here in the UK so can’t advise on that but if you share the ingredients?

Canned pumpkin 100% PURE Libby’s brand , not pie filling
I have used in the past
For some fat bombs a LONG time ago
1/4 cup is around 5 carbs I think
