Ditto that wanting to kick it up a notch. Our scale broke mid December and after 12 months on Keto, I enjoyed far too many carbs and sweet alcohol over Christmas. I was hoping to find a 2020 challenge here to help me kick it up a notch. I am definitely cutting out alcohol this time - didn’t need to for the first 15 lbs, but will likely need to for the last 10. Can I ask you to let me know if you find a challenge on this forum?

If I cut out alcohol, I’d be able to lose the remaining 15-20 lbs. I have. It’s so hard. I love to have a bonfire outside and sip champagne, or just sit, reflect and sip champagne.

Happily, I’m a member of that club. Changed to this WOE July 5, 2018. By the following January I’d lost 70 pounds. Since then it’s stayed withing a few pounds up and down. Now know this is probably the “right” weight for me. Aside from the weight loss, it’s the way I feel - healthy, all the time.
