Hi, just started keto a week ago, did lots of research and things are going well. But I’m concerned a little because I’ve been having a bit of an upset stomach in the middle of the night. I’ve read a number of times that processing all the fat can be hard on your body. Is there any danger to damaging any organs from keto and if so is there a way to prevent it? Thanks for any help.
