Currently, it is impossible to go into the medical, biological or dietician field with a KETO mindset without being vilified. But it is only a matter of time when conventional wisdom will have to acknowledge that they have given incorrect and potentially dangerous nutritional advice for the past 40+ years. I’m 48 years old and extremely interested in being one of the first to study and receive a degree after the health world is rocked by not only anecdotal evidence but long-term health studies that verify what we all pretty much know to be true. Which colleges and/or universities will be on this cutting edge research?

I am an RN on a busy med/surg floor. I was chatting with another RN the other day and she was marveling at how our eating habits have changed. “Remember when our mothers used real butter, cooked in bacon grease, and made meals from scratch? We’ve come so far since then!” To which I replied…Yes, we are sicker and fatter than we ever were back then. I watched as that realization slowly took over her thought process. “You’re right, we need to get back to that I guess.”
