Couple of things… firstly the boring bit. Could you please clear up the discarded cable ties that are littering the towpath after the security fencing was removed? It’s a concern for the wildlife I look after there. Thank you.
Now, onto the more exciting part… I follow a ketogenic way of eating for health reasons, have done for three years, so normally when I eat out I’m limited to things like a bunless burger with salad, or steak with salad, or A N Other piece of meat with salad - get the idea? It gets a bit boring to be honest. I’m wondering if you could maybe make me something different? The basics of a ketogenic lifestyle are very low carbs (no starches, no sugars - ideally just incidental carbs from above the ground grown veg), moderate protein, and high fat (because fats really aren’t the problem they’re made out to be). There are plenty of website around that will give more info as well as recipe ideas. Could you let me know if you think this is something you could accommodate? This way of eating is very quickly gaining popularity and I know others in the local area who follow it so will happily spread the word if appropriate.
Anyways, I wish you all the best with your new venture as it’s clear to see you’ve invested a lot of time & money already. Oh, and my dog is very pleased to once again be able to cut through the garden when we walk past, but I couldn’t see the outdoor tap that was mentioned on Facebook as being available for dogs?
