Hi. Just entered my black coffee into Carb Manager (Azera Americano) and it is minus one carb. Can this be right?
Nescafé Azera
You can check the nutrition info of packaged products against your label. If it is wrong you can either edit the info or report it to the app developers. When you enter the quantity, scroll down to review nutrients and also for the option to report or edit. I’ve found the majority of foods to be accurate but if anything ever stands out as strange I double check it with the packaging if I have it or with other online searches.
It is -1 net carb. Meaning someone has entered 0g of carbs and 1g of fibre. Hence net carbs = -1g. Whoever entered the data got it wrong.
It’s possible that the person who entered the info was following a non-North-American label. In one system, the carb count includes fiber, in the other system it excludes fiber. It can get confusing, and the apps vary in their practice, too.
