I think AnnaLee is doing this event as an “Intro to Keto” for friends and co-workers.

All great ideas!
I made some salted chocolate/coconut/pecan bark, almond joy fat bombs, coconut macaroons, Mediterranean cream cheese fat bombs, and mint chocolate chip ice cream today.
I’ll be serving all of that along with hunter’s stew, Carlshead pizza, meats and cheeses, and some dips.
I am going to print recipe cards for the dishes, so people can take those.
Maybe I’ll just send everyone along with purse bacon and some sea salt.

It’s Sunday! People have signed up to bring food in addition to what I’m making, so that is good. I just have to get all my materials written up and printed. And figure out an outline of what I’m going to talk about.

I gave gentle suggestions. I realized that most of the things I was thinking of were very cheesy, so I suggested that someone bring a big salad. So far people are bringing pizza dip, bacon wrapped jalepeno poppers, spinach dip, key lime cheesecake bars, and I can’t remember what my dad is bringing.
Oh, and my husband is making tshirts for the people hosting (he’s an artist and works at a screenprinting shop).
