Need to get back into Keto

Hey everyone what is everyones helpful tips to get back into keto? I have been on a break for about 1 1/2 months and im starting to feel the side effects of not being on it. I need to get back to where i was and feel great again!

Easiest thing to do is start.
Start to feel the benefits and then carry on using those benefits as a driver.

Step 1: Eliminate sugar in all its forms.
Step 2: Eliminate carbohydrate, except for leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables (e.g., nothing refined, nothing that grows below ground).
Step 3: Enjoy!

Same thing you did the first time! If you want to speed it up fast for a day or two or do some HIIT until you fall on your face and you’ll pretty much be depleted. Keep in mind your electrolytes will be all over the place again.

I just need to want it. Not feeling right is enough for me. I just do it… Maybe plan some good keto day with delicious food!

It’s clearly quite individual… To me, it must be a carnivore day, at least it should start like one… Carbs mess things up in my life, usually. They bring their friends… So the lower I stay, the better. Except when I need some for keeping my calm and comfort. I ate drastically different when I went back to keto for the first 100 times (I felt about the same off keto so my motivation to stay was smaller after fat adaptation)… And I had low-carb years before keto… So when I am off keto, it’s usually still low-carb, with very similar rules and food items, I just need to skip some carbier ones… A drastic change is way harder, usually.

I don’t resist temptation, I want easy things so I find it very helpful that I practice many of my keto habits off keto as well. Habits help a lot!

Know your weaknesses. Don’t keep your triggering food at home if you can do that.
