I have been on the keto diet for the last 60 days and I have lost 6.5 kgs (14 pounds). I had taken 2 breaks for a total of 10 days since i was travelling. I have not been able to exercise since of my tight work schedule. I started with a fat percentage of 32.5% and now i am 29.8%.
Is the weight loss a good amount for the last 60 days or should i review what i am doing?
I am planning to start weight training from tomorrow. My end goal is to reach 25% body fat.
