Here’s the update: I have given up dairy. I am doing OMAD or three meals a day. I’m eating around 1500 to 2000 calories. Is that too high? Someday, I’m down to 45 KGS, the next day, up to 47. My measurements are changing every day. I’m so so worried. Weight loss seems impossible. My weight isn’t stable. I can’t tell what’s happening.
Also did anyone lose a lot of weight on keto not doing any exercise? I usually walk moderately. Between 7000 to 15000 steps. But a need to be at home for a few weeks.
Need help: is it a stall?
Fluctuating between 1 to 3 pounds is normal. But I’m curious as to why you are trying go lose more weight when you’re already teetering between 99~103lbs…unless I’m reading it wrong. Is losing more weight actually a healthy benefit for you since you already weigh so little?
I still have a belly. And when I was down to 42, I felt more energetic. I somehow still think that after the holiday cheating, I have not been able to get back to the fat adapted phase.
Looking at it from more of a lifestyle change…

Just think about PRE KETO?
Don’t weight everyday. As others have pointed out your weight naturally changes a little all the time. Plus there are other factors. Try twice a week or even just once a week if like I do.
What took you a life time to get will not go away fast. Give yourself time
