Nduja, anyone ever cook with it?

Nope. Never heard of it. However, a quick search tells me that perhaps I should cook with it!

First I’ve heard of it but with my passion for hot , spicy foods it sounds like it’s right up my alley.

Haven’t had it in years, but awesome in scrambled eggs.

An Italian meat spread? Very interesting…

It is quite good, not spicy to me or my son. I put some on a pizza (he’s not KETO) for him and he loved the flavor. I had it in scrambles eggs and it was flavorful but not spicy. I tried the Chicago brand on Amazon, the real stuff from Italy is made with real Calabrian chilies so that would be really good. I’m putting the rest in a shrimp pasta I’m making tomorrow. The pasta I’m going to make is the this, anyone here make it? - https://www.seriousketo.com/archives/7921 Germaine
