I am keto about 7 weeks. Listening to the podcasts in order. Just heard mentioned in Zoe part 2 that steroids can impact insulin. I have been stalled the past three weeks, about the amount of time I have been using glucocorticoids nasal spray for allergies. Can use of steroids in this way impact insulin?
