If nothing else, split the difference. Go up to at least 1400.
My typical day and not losing
I’ll give it a try. At this point I’ve only lost 7lbs on keto (the rest was on THM). The recipes are too long on THM and I don’t have the time at night to be doing that kind of meal prep!
Not to my knowledge.

I seem to recall Megan Ramos on a Q and A or podcast sayingthat if you have to eat between meals you are not eating enough at mealtimes.
I do tend to agree with @SarahSlan - have nuts with your meal. Avocados are just the best to for adding fat and fibre to your meal.
This is the chocolate bar I’ve been hooked on, but as others mentioned, there are lots of good options out there. I used to like a 92% cocoa bar too, but I figure for one or two additional net carbs, I just liked this one better. I do usually only stick to about 1/2 serving (4 net carbs) per day tops, it’s plenty, and I LOVE it dipped in coconut butter (1 net carb per tbsp).
If you’ve dropped four clothing sizes, then keto is working. Don’t worry about the scale, it lies, and also you may have put on some muscle tissue that is balancing out the fat loss.
Reminder: we tell you to put “maintain” in the calorie calculator, because skimping on calories (unlike fasting) causes the body to go into famine mode and hang on to every spare gram of fat. Giving it enough energy, however, causes it to relax and start metabolizing stored fat.
But as I wrote above, you must be doing it right if your measurements are shrinking, so relax, do what works for you, not what we tell you, and keto on!
Yes it is. But 2/3 of a bar is kind of a lot, so I only eat a half serving at most, usually less. I found I prefer a half serving serving of this bar to a full serving of the 92% cocoa bars that have about 6 net carbs per serving. Hoping eventually I won’t need my chocolate to be so sweet, but I’ve had a major sweet tooth for years so it’s a work in progress.
Keep calm and Keto on helps me. If you are following your eating plan that lost the weight, just keep going and trust that your body is healing. Adjusting to the new foods. Adjusting to the cycles that you eat.
