i am 30 years old 166cm tall 74kg at the moment so a little over two and a half years ago i started gaining weight not knowing why i was miserable and extremely depressed, i had no energy my joints ache and i just felt like sleeping all day, my skin was breaking out all over i had water retention and i still didn’t know why! i never had a problem with weight i was always underweight my lowest was 47kg and then i got to a healthy weight of 65kg and it stayed BUT then i started gaining none stop got up to 92kg in 2016 march 2017 i joined a gym but and stopped all the sugar consumption and fat i experimented with so many diets i stopped gluten, dairy, red meat worked out everyday and i was exhausted i was going down slowly but my energy was gone, i was doing low carb vegetarian but something was missing until a friend of mine told me to checkout what a ketogenic diet is and believe me i was terrified mortified but went for it and said why not, in december 2017 i decided to go on a ketogenic diet 82kg and holly mother cow it was the answer to all my problems !!! my energy went up my skin cleared up allot i started loosing the pounds I’m feeling much better I’m not tiered or exhausted and i can’t believe i stopped all the food i love just cause i thought low fat is better.
