My oven has been repaired

It’s been over 6 months. Lol
Anyone want to guess what I’m baking first tonight?? And for SuperBowl tomorrow?

Why don’t I come over and sample it for you–you know, for quality control? Safety first!

Congrats on a healthy oven.

Cheese crisps tonight.
Fathead tomorrow.

I will post my pizza!!!

How thin do you spread those on the parchment? Like, no two strands on top of each other and with parchment showing through? I’m so looking forward to making these; I’m gonna sprinkle some Parmesan and garlic salt on top.

DAMN. That’d be difficult.Lol. I’m making them in a muffin pan. I’ll post a pic here.

Grated is way better than shredded for crisps.

@Aqua_chonk
I got busy baking crisps.

The first batch stuck a bit to the muffin pan, but otherwise were great…

Then I used parchment paper and parmesan

Much better. I n prefer the parchment paper.
Porkbelly kept me hella busy. I deep fried it while baking crisps…

Then I made jello shots for superbowl…

They are keto!

This is my kitchen during a renovation and still no stove, so all the food porn is driving me crazy!

I recommend the Mattshead pizza, it’s the first thing I’m going to make or maybe Carl’s baked wings or bacon :bacon:

I’ll have to take a look at @matt’s
I noticed the original fathead crust uses 3/4 cup almond flour and 1.5 cups cheese. It’d be nice to get the carb count down with less almond flour.

Now you want a LOWER low carb pizza @Brenda? Geez. I’ll look at ideas.
