Wonderful interview! You’re famous :yum:
The black community seems to really struggle with insulin issues, but like me, carry their fat where you can see it. Unlike Indians, from India, many of whom are TOFI, like my husband. I was hoping you would bring your faith into this interview. Our church home can be wonderful support and we have a responsibility to our fellow man. High fives to my brother in Christ!

We are more likely to live in food deserts, shop in bodegas (corner stores) more than grocery stores and subsist on fast food (carbs).

Combine that with being more carb sensitive genetically (my hypothesis) it’s a formula for disaster.
