Lisa, I love it. It reminds me of if you looked into your rear view mirror and saw a sunset. Thanks for sharing!

Did you use acrylics and if so did you spray a clear coat on top? I ask because I love to paint stuff on furniture with acrylic but it scratches and chips without a coating. I use clear coat spray paint.

No i used oil but some acrylic n big mistake.lol i have to put oil based polyurethane on …2 coats then resin lol
Never again oil lol

Oh no. So oil never dries completely? Is that correct? I’ve never used it because when I was learning my mom said if you can’t clean up with water, you can’t have them. So no oil paints for me.

Oh it dries…eventually lol because if you use paint thinner mixed and acrylic it will dry in a week or so rather than a month.
I didnt know that i couldnt put resin epoxy on it but had to put the oil based poly n 2 coats.
I was told had i put resin just on it…it would grab it n slid off or something.
I saw a lady do a really cool table…very abstract n detailed.i asked her if i could borrow the idea…i know ppl have painted on tables but i like it my style…i sold 2 tables before i posted them on for sale sights.lol
