It has been a month since I started the Keto diet. I lost 10 lbs and never cheated.
1140 calories a day. I’m eating 5% carbohydrate. I’ve been working out for 30 minutes every day since last week.
But since yesterday, my ketone level suddenly dropped.
I was always 2.5~3mmol, but it suddenly became 4.9mmol since yesterday. I’m so worried.
I eat the same food and go on a strict diet. And I sleep well 7 hours a day.
There are two things that have changed.

The ketone test strip has been replaced. (Keto-Mojo)

I started eating DHT Blocker & Hair Growth Capsules. I’ve lost my hair for the past few months and I thought this was helpful. I’m not sure if it contains carbohydrates.
Will the changes above affect the ketone level?
