Okay so I used to be big into exercise, Keto and fasting. I’m still into exercise just my diet went bad. I’m planning an extended fast. 7 days. With coffee, a vitamin, maybe some salt and or cocunt oil In my coffee. I’m not sure yet. I decided to post here for accountability. You’re the only people I’m telling. So wish me luck.

Oh is it okay to work out if you know? I like weights but I’m fine with low intensity cardio too. And that’s why I’m thinking salt in my coffee. For electrolytes?
