I would skip the Starbucks egg bites, they have hidden carbs in the ingredients.

Just add some hwc to your coffee instead :slightly_smiling_face:
And eat 1-2 hb eggs

I don’t see the fiber listed on the app ?

I think the nutrition tab breaks down the fiber!

I would replace the tuna with tinned or fresh salmon. It would increase your fat intake.

Alright lots of recommendations HIGHLY please consider what I am telling you,You would be amazed.
I know I may be some random person on the web but trust me!

1.cut out the Starbucks egg bites-waste of precious carbs that could be used for like the whole carton of that coconut milk (dont try) Instead opt for lots of more veggies that could be used for those net carbs like a big salad
Also contains gluten and wheat(not keto friendly and inflammitory)

2.Fruit yes is healthy just dont do the berries daily as they will slow down your ketosis due too the fructose but at 3 carbs its okay every other day

3.Try making your own “real mayo” olny concern with the mayo is the brown rice syrup as the 3rd ingredient.

4.Do Not use atkins products ,The malitol reacts just like real Sugar and could potentially raise insulin high momentarly and during a fatty meal thats no good. Atkins in my opinion is a “fad” diet and highly processed

5.Tortilla is ok but again the wheat

6.The one thing that concerns me is the calorie count. without a doubt your losing weight eating 1040 calories but the volume of food you eat in a day is like my lunch tbh but Im really young and am a distance runner

what Im saying is just pick a few days too up your calories in “fat” olny and stay at 19 too carb but eat more fat and raise your metabolism while still melting that fat.

No food diary is perfect ever but just some tips from me that potentially could help your keto journey
