Hi there this is my first post here. I have been Keto for the last 9 months and I am just discovering the forums. I have been trying to catch up on the 2 ketodudes podcast and I wanted to start here.
A little about me I started Keto after reaching around 310 lbs. I am a Navy Veteran and I was discharged after a knee injury and the weight piled on. I was convinced there was nothing I could do and I was going to continue gaining weight. I also wanted to find a way to help my type 1 wife ( Who has been and still is struggling )
As of today I am down to 210 lbs. and still Ketoing on.
