I just started watching the first season of this show. Essentially contestent who are obese, pick any diet of their choice and they are out to prove it is the best diet out there for weight loss and life. The contestants pick the diet abd the creator of that diet they pick, becomes their diet and weght loss coach. I find it fascinating that I dont see Keto on there…although i think the “Wild Diet” might be close.
Anyone else watching? Thoughts so far?
