And never cheated but for the last week my keto mojo has been at 1.3 from my normal
2.1-1.8 and haven’t gone over 17 carbs and for the last 5 days at around 9pm my brain is saying I should be hungry so you are but my stomach is full and not hungry . Checked my macros and not over 17 carbs

No just thought at 1.6 and higher was in a higher keto state, my body was in maximum ketosis from the mojo pamphlet

The level doesn’t matter, it doesn’t correlate with fat loss.
if you’re not hungry, don’t eat. Find some way to distract your brain so it doesn’t obsess about food.

It’s probably just part of the process you need to go through towards adaptation, there will be ups and downs as you progress. It certainly sounds like you’re headed the right way though, and making good progress.
