Music to code by

I use it alot when I’m studying, it’s great!

I have meant to try out Carl’s music. I work in an open office environment; I need to focus on my tasks for extended periods. Listening to music is ok but tends to be a little distracting at times. Vitamin String Quartet does tons of covers of modern/popular songs. It’s great to hear something familiar but not get hooked into focusing on the lyrics or whatever else.

Thanks for the reminder, I’ll go check music to code by again.

@TacoRobot I just looked them up. Pretty cool stuff. You’ll definitely enjoy MTCB, not distracting at all.

Posting an update on my dilemma. I was able to download the file onto the work computer. Next, I uploaded to OneDrive. I access the files through the OneDrive iPhone app. Save on phone via iMovie.

Keto On…while listening to sweet music. :sunglasses:

I bought the whole collection in the fall and use it when I’m writing, or doing tedious computer tasks. It’s worth the investment!

(Jacquelyn Graham) #26

Is it available on android? I can’t seem to locate it on Google Play.

(Larry Lustig) #27

Only available here:

http://mtcb.pwop.com/

But, once you have it, you can copy it onto your phone.

Thank you!

So I am definitely missing something. @carl said he’d changed the name to Music to Flow By. I downloaded the app to my iPhone and am thoroughly enjoying the three free tracks. I haven’t been able to figure out how to upgrade to Premium and subscribe to updates. :upside_down_face:

Go to http://musictoflowby.libsyn.com/ to subscribe

Are you planning another download purchase of the new tracks at some time down the road or is it subscription only moving forward? (I’ll gladly buy more tracks!)

(carl) #32

definitely. In fact, I’m going to release track 14 on Music to Code By in a few days.

I heard about this on the podcast this morning and downloaded it this afternoon. I’m looking forward to playing it as I work
