Muscle building podcast so confused

I’ve been hearing different opinions on muscle building with keto, has any body heard a good podcast besides all the dom d’agostino interviews that tackle this topic?

Yeah, check out Russ Scala, Peter Attia, Tim Noakes, and Jeff Volek on You Tube. They’re all keto athletes experienced with the science.

All you need to do, really, is to hack your own keto macros and then apply whatever weight lifting plan you want to that. The only caveat is that sports that require short bursts of sudden explosive muscle moves (football, sprints, gymnastics) tend to benefit from higher carbs eaten strategically around the activity.
