Multi day cheat

I had almost 3 days of cheat. Non stop carb eating.
I put on 2 to 3 kg. Not big deal. But today is my second day of going back into ketosis through zero carb and carnivore. I still feel awfull… Any tips to make the transition back faster ?

I would try an 18/6 eating window. The more time you have between meals, the more your hormones will calm down and the sooner you can get back on track.

Fasting for me has been the quickest way back into ketosis.

Unfortunaly I also had a cheat day on the new year celebration,
Right now I decided to drink coffe to get rid fast of the waste in my gut and I am 6 hours in a proposed 72 hour fast to reset my weight and enter ketosis hard and fast

Been doing Keto for around 3months before having an op and a few weeks off. Back on it today. During your fast will you just have black coffee or will you add MCT oil or coconut oil or butter to it

Just looking to get back into Ketosis

Coffe with butter at 24 and 48 hour mark to help the transition, it will be under 200 calories and it dose not break the fast.
I do have mct powder for gym. I find that doing sports while fasting is grea. I do not abstain from liquids but calorie free. But best thing is not to drink much.

I always do at least a 24hr fast while slugging keto-ade the whole next day, then for the rest of the week I do super strict keto. Also depends what you ate during the binge, when I do stuff like that and let loose on the carbs I keep the fat low to attempt to avoid storing it as fat. But as far as just feeling better should be pretty quick assuming you were keto for a while prior.
