Hope you can help.
Over the last three days, I have had bad cramps in the morning. Today being so painful couldn’t stay in any position for more than a few seconds.
It started on Tuesday. I had taken my morning pills -
- 2 Keto Fire from Ancient Nutrition
- 1 Livton Complex (for my fatty liver)
- 1 Bio-CMP (calcium, magnesium, potassium)
- 5 Bioplasma (cell salts)
I have taken all of these before consistently.
I was on a call for about 1.5 hours. I could feel my stomach not doing well.
Then I had breakfast
- 1 large hard boiled egg
- 2 TBL organic mayo
- 1 TBL Costco pesto sauce
- 3 ounces jicama
I don’t know how long, but the stomach just didn’t feel good at all. I had to rest. Take a nap. It felt better in the afternoon…
I took the supplements, mentioned about 3 times during the day.
Wednesday…
- Took supplements
- Calls
- Same breakfast except egg is fried
Again, stomach is bad. Have to rest.
OK afternoon…
Today (Thursday)…
Took the supplements… That’s it.
Terrible, painful cramps (and I have a fairly high tolerance for pain). I’m better now after resting and napping. But I still feel the unsetttledness of my stomach.
The pain feels like it is the top of the stomach to the bottom of the rib cage.
Some other notes…
1, I restarted ketogenic diet March 12, 2018. Had been doing off and on in 2017

I stopped April 10-23 as I was travelling.Then have been on and off.

Most recent streak with a cheat day or two has been April 19.

Today, I measured my ketones (urine) first thing in the morning and I am about 8mmol
-
I had major cheat days from May 3 - 6. On may 7 I weighed myself at 206. Today, may 10, I am 199.5
Based on what I have in Cronometer:
- 1824 Calories per day
- 33g protein
- 20g carbs
- 179g fat
Any thoughts on the stomach cramping?
