I had one drink of a regular organic soda! Have I destroyed my progress?
I usually have one Zevia soda each day, which is zero everything. The last time I bought them there were some Big Sky sodas next to them in similar flavors. They said organic and my brain I think just equated them as the same thing since they were next to each other on the shelf at Earthfare.
Well, today I took one out, opened and had one drink. I thought to myself that this tasted awful. I turned the can around to my horror saw that this was a REGULAR orange soda. It had 44 grams of carbs and 44 grams of sugar! I only took drink and not a very big one. I gave the drink to a coworker (almost felt bad because I feel like I’m giving poison to people), but then had a serious freak out.
How much sugar and cards do you think I consumed from the drink I had?
