i started using my fitness pal ( MFP ) to try and track my fat and carbs since i seem to easily exceed carbs and fall under fat. however since everything i eat is “real” like i by homemade italian sausage and other things from a local butcher i am unable to know the exact figures. how do you all handle??
i have been just picking a brand i am familiar with but now way of knowing if it meets same specs. At least i have an idea and figure it is better than guessing like i have been doing.

I use fat secret or Chronometer so not as familiar with MFP. I have tried it and find Fat Secret ( horrible name, great product) For anything home made, i just make a “recipie” in the cookbook and then I can add it in as needed. So i enter the sauces i make etc and just pull them in thatway. And I have my keto recipies added in as well…
