I don’t take metformin anymore (thanks keto), but I know some here still have to.

I don’t have diabetes so I have never taken it either, but that is really scary =((.

My goal is to take no pills or suppliments of any kind. Crono gives me an over view of the micros. Once in a while I take a magnesium suppliment. Crono says I could be getting more calcium and Vit D otherwise it says I have everything else covered from food.
