I amsick so without checking anything I had a huge bowl of tomato soup. I went over by 20 carbs… And it’s only 5pm… I know I’ll be hungry again. What will I do? I’m thinking a buffer on Romain lettuce.

Don’t worry about it, you’ve learned to read labels! Just have keto food for dinner and make sure you are no longer hungry. Tomorrow is another day-hope you feel better!

When you get hungry you will eat some food, forget about the slip up, stay comfortable, learn a valuable lesson about labels, and last but not least KCKO!
