Tentative hand raise. I lost 30% of my body weight over about 2 years. So yes, menobelly but also excess fat everywhere else. I basically went from something of a barrel body back to having a waist and pretty flat stomach. Without exercise, for better or worse.

The downside is I have skin that’s about two sizes too big, and that may be permanent. Maybe time will change that, I do still prefer my new shape even with the Sharpei ripples here and there, but so far it’s a price to pay.

If l was you l would brush my whole body morning and evening with a dry brush, and do cold showers after the warm ones. It might help stimulating the skin elasticity. And l would take vitamin C and extra collagen☺️

Fasting is supposed to help tighten up skin, by means of autophagy.
