I do not know one live person who knows what I am doing. I am a low to good weight and very healthy. I want to stay that way.

Though I’d check the doctors out carefully to make sure they really understand the ketogenic diet. I suggest this organization, however, because it is very keto-friendly as a whole, and Mary Vernon and Eric Westman are past presidents.
If your visits to central Florida bring you far enough north, there is a bariatric surgeon in Jacksonville named Robert Cywes. Dr. Cywes is becoming fairly well-known as a speaker on the keto circuit, and he has a multi-part series of podcasts on the science of obesity on the Biohacker’s Lab YouTube channel that you could check out. I like the way he thinks, but of course I have no idea what he’s like to deal with as a clinician.
