I have been using MCT oil… I just ordered MCT oil powder amd greens powder which contains MCT powder, and I am thinking about ordering collagen, and realized it also has MCT oil powder, if I use them all in one day…that could whack my calorie count right>?

MCT oil ..what is too much?
Forget calories, I’d be more worried about you digestive system, especially if you’re not used to it.
It becomes too much when it starts squirting out the other end…
so which should I use ? I guess the greens would be the most important one or perhaps rotate?
Then I think a slight OD in MTC oils is exactly what I need. I haven’t pooped in several days and it sounds like this just might do the trick.
MCT Oil Powder is easier on the digestive system. I like it because I can use a lot more.
I think everyone has their own personal threshold, of course working up to that threshold or there be some spirited sprints to the restroom. If consuming too much MCT oil is a concern for you, you could just limit it to 1-2 TBSP per day, or 2-3 TBSp, what ever works best for you.
But play around veeeery carefully!
When you go past that personal threshold things can get rather, well, unpleasant.
