MCT oil powder - is this a good one?

I looked at the ingredients of so many powders, saw ingredients that sounded in-keto, and decided on this one. I’ve finished one [very expensive] canister and I really like it in my coffee. Heavy cream was stalling me, as does cheese, so i needed something to satiate my mornings and make my coffee creamy. Perfect Keto is the brand.

Did you break your stall? I wonder what the carb is from!

I’m losing again. The carb is from the Acacia fiber, but I’m assuming I can ignore that carb since it is fiber.

It’s a little rough on my stomach, even after a month of using it and after 5 months of using MCT oil. But I’m hoping that subsides. It only lasts about an hour after my second cup.

Oh I drink 2 cups so I have two scoops every morning

I’ll be honest. I did like the flavor of this but the cost per g of fat seemed high so instead I just use mct oil with unsweetened cocoa powder. Sometimes with liquid stevia sometimes without. Way cheaper.

This one is unflavored. I like my coffee to taste like coffee, and to be unsweetened. I did decide to try the chocolate flavored one with next month’s auto shipment. Just for a winter treat when the rest of my family is enjoying hot cocoa.

Perfect Keto products are very good I believe but I’ve never used any as they’re horrifically expensive in the UK

I’m not into buying extra stuff, but if I was going to, I’d be considering this brand as I like the bloke who owns the company and I like his podcast (where he says that this stuff is not a requirement), despite him being a chiropractor.

I LOVE my coffee, but dreaded drinking it black. I searched Amazon, EBay, Costco. Reading reviews, this is the one I finally bought. It tastes great in my coffee, makes it creamy and light brown in color. Best part is that it was very reasonable to buy.
