Hello,
These days i eat rougly 50g+ butter to 2 meals.
I wonder what would happen if i replaced butter by mct Oil. I’ve heard mct may irritates stomach Would 80-100g mct Oil daily be too much?
Bettet to ask cause of rule dont trust what you read in internet articles

A teaspoon is too much for many people.
There’s no upper limit as long as your body can tolerate it, normally building up very gradually does the trick, but why would you want to give it so much MCT oil to burn rather than letting it burn your own stores?

You want to say that i can eat only proteins with small amount of fat and rest of calories i will burn from my body fat? It would be amazing

You have to either give your body as many calories as it wants, or fast. If you restrict calories, your body will lower your metabolism and hang onto the body fat.
