NO!
Sorry to be emphatic, but while both MCT oil and coconut oil share the characteristic that overconsumption can cause lower GI issues, in my experience, it’s much easier to overdo it with MCT oil.
Start small, no more than a tsp or tbsp at a time, until your body has a chance to get accustomed to it. And it may be wise to start when you’re not planning to go out.
Sorry if that’s TMI, but while MCT oil can be very good for you, it should be used in moderation, especially at first.

You can’t cook with it. I use a tsp in my 16 oz morning coffee, along with a tbsp of heavy cream OR a tsp of butter. I use a stick blender to emulsify it & it looks like a latte. It might be the caffeine, but I feel like the fats give me a boost that lasts all morning.
Kind of like a blow torch could help acne…true, but extreme and with the potential of very unpleasant side effects.
I have a tablespoon daily and sometimes mix with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and salt to make a dressing for salad or avocado
I started small and built my way up. I started with 1 tablespoon in my coffee and have built my way up to 2tbs in my coffee. It gives a huge boost in energy. However it is expensive, so I switched to coconut oil since I always have it on hand. I get a boost with coconut oil, but not quite the boost I got with MCT oil.
Like @devhammer said, build yourself up to it. If you overdo it, you will shit yourself. You will go from fine to needing to run to the bathroom and have maybe 1 minute to do so or it will come out.
